Mr. Wilson, Chairman asked Mr. Lawrence if he were interested <br /> in again taking over as Chairman with re-organization, he agreed <br /> and Mr. Wilson rade motion for nomination of same, Mr. Buckingham <br /> seconded. MOTION CARRIED <br /> . Mr. Lawrence requested that next scheduled meeting (tentatively <br /> Thursday, June 5, 1986) be an executive session to discuss the aims <br /> of the -Board, duties of personnel, and appointments for the ensuing <br /> fiscal year. It was agreed that Town Counsel would be consulted if <br /> that would be possible. ( (NOTE : MR. BUCKINGHAM MET WITH T ON <br /> 5/29 AND AN EXECUTIVE 'sE S S I ON IS NOT IN ORDER) )' <br /> Complaint of Kevin Andrade on 18 Industrial Park wherein he sub- <br /> mitted a plan showing two separated numbered buildings and is reques- <br /> ting permits for one .building. DEQE had advised that permits could <br /> be issued by local BOH for one t buildifng only, they have plan for en-- <br /> tire park, however, the State has never approved water. WITH REGARDS <br /> To THIS CASE , SELECTMEN .HAVE ASKED THAT BOH HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE AT <br /> THEIR MEETING THIS EVENING To DEFEND THE ACTION OF BOH, WINN DAVIS <br /> REPRESENTING AND ADE IS BRINGING THE ISSUE BEFORE THAT OA D. . . . . . . . . <br /> BOH REQUESTS THAT CLERK SEND MEMO- TO SELECTMEN ADVISING THEM of THEIR <br /> ACTION IN NOT ISSUING PERMITS To ANDRADE. <br /> . Mr. Sanford ofPage Weston Field Labs. Inc. appeared before the <br /> Board at the invitation of CFB, who had attended a CCP&EDC meeting <br /> with Sanford present and a Mr. Spitler of EPA. Mr. Sanford slid not <br /> have the ' sniffer ' with him (inoperative, being repaired) , but he ex- <br /> plained it was a mobile field laboratory with probe connected to a <br /> Foil used to pick up soil gasses. Mike seipione of Weston & Sampson <br /> was also in attendance and had asked several questions with regards <br /> to the accuracy of the evacuation through sand. In final. analysis <br /> Mike s ipione will make arrangements to meet with Sanford to perform <br /> a test in a high reading (VOC) area to prove the duality of the opera-- <br /> tion and a test to be done in a zero VOC area. <br /> 7. Scott McAski.l appeared before Board let it be shown that Mr. Law- <br /> rence stepped down and left the hearing room with plans for Promon- <br /> tory Point II known as Lot 1346 consisting of 6 . 2 acres. CFBRLw <br /> approved the plan with provisions that a reprised plan show MDC drains, <br /> thea permits can be issued. <br /> . Two complaints from residents of Sea oaks, with overrun dupsters, <br /> and presence of rodents. JUDY To INSPECT, TAKE PICTURES AND MAKE RE- <br /> PORT. <br /> . Report made to Board that DEQE had called during this meeting to <br /> respond to Bd' s request that volatile testing was done on two wells ,. <br /> at Cotuit Bay Condos and they were negative. <br /> 1 <br />
