Doug Storrs of Fields Point appeared before the Board to request <br /> perms sion to expand leaching pits at shopping center, he stated that <br /> Frank Me z acappa of DEE agred with concept. Mr. Lawrence had. stepped <br /> down for this portion. until Storrs stated that Now Sea ur , Fields Pt <br /> and Higwood dater had no connection with one another, after this <br /> clarification Mr. Lawrence returned to office . In the expansion of <br /> buildings first three to ready 8/1/86 with occupancy on 1/15/87 and <br /> 3/15, the forth' building on 4/1/87 . These buildings would use the <br /> expanded pits, the fifth building (restaurant) would not be occupied <br /> until the' treatment plant was - in operation.
