10 . Wayne Tavares appeared before the Board to discuss his plans <br /> for Heritage Landscape, Route 28, He mentioned he may discard <br /> his plans for a restaurant on the property , He wishes to use <br /> his property to build several distended buildings , one project <br /> at a time (phased) , The first building would be an extension of <br /> the Garden Shop and he has a special permiti.for a Real Estate <br /> office and an Architectural office, Each building will have a <br /> sepera.te septic system. He noted that in the initial phase he <br /> won't exceed the twenty-five(25) person limit for a. private", <br /> water supply . The Board agrees that they will go along with <br /> the phased plan. Wayne '..vases will have Wm. Warwick submit <br /> the septic design for the first phase ,for the Boards approval. <br /> ll . Brian Harrison from Housing Assistance attended to discuss the <br /> problem with the inspection of their systems designed by <br /> Richard O 'Hearn. Also attending were R. Roy and R. Gibbons, <br /> the installers of the systems , R. Roy agreed to rove the septic <br /> tank back array from the foundation at 3B route 130, to cor plY <br /> with title v regulation that the septic tank k be t entl O feet <br /> from the foundation wall . There was. discussion about why the <br /> systems were covered without the engineerd approval, and both <br /> installers insisted that a representative of O 'Hearn Engineering <br /> told there that the systems were approved. MOTION MADE TO <br /> ALLOW THE INSTALLERS TO CERTIFY IN WRITING.THE SYSTEMS THAT <br /> THEY INSTALLED COMPLY WITH ALL TITLE v REGULATIONS,"SAND THOSE <br /> OF THE TOWN OF MASHPEE BOARD OF HEALTH, M TION C 'B '2ND RLW <br /> VOTE UNANIMOUS . v <br /> 12 . David Sanicki from Cape and Islands Surveying company attended <br /> the meeting to discuss a septic plan for lot 84 Route 28, <br /> Merry Meadows , The property is owned by Robert.-.McNutt ., who <br /> also owns 1. t 86 where partof the septic system will be located. <br /> The reason for updating the system is that the old cesspool <br /> is located on lot 85 Cape dr. and it must be rer oved,. ,Mr. <br /> Sanick . also requested a variance from the sideline setback <br /> from ten(10) Feet to no setback. MOTION MADE TO APPROVE THE <br /> PLAN AS DESIGNED AND TO GRAFT THE VARIANCE FOR THE SIDELINE <br /> SETBACK, M ' I N "CEB/2ND RLW, UNANIMOUS VOTE. <br /> 13 . Judith Giorgio spoke to the Board about:. a trailer that had set <br /> up residency on Route 130 and South Sandwich rd. . They have n <br /> authorization to do this from the Board of Health, o the <br /> Selectr ans office . The Board advised that the Building Inspect- <br /> r, Doug Boyd tell them they must leave. He is the Keeper of the <br /> Town By-Laws , Also to notify the Selectmens office . <br /> 14 . Plan reviewed for 770 Fells Pond Rd. . A variance is required <br /> for a sideline setback of four( feet .
