i <br /> TOWN F MAS PEE <br /> I <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> MEETING <br /> _ June 30, 19$6 <br /> Meeting called to order at 6 :30 p.m. <br /> Members present: Charles Lawrence, Roland Wilson and Charles <br /> Buckingham <br /> THIS TAPE IS NOT To BE CONSIDERED A PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR <br /> THE USE OF THE CLERK IN TRANSCRIBING PROCEEDINGS . , <br /> Warrants signed <br /> • � T <br /> ■ <br /> Written minutes of June 16, 1986 Meeting accepted, Motion CFB, <br /> second RL <br /> Marketplace Cafe was discussed they are again using the basement <br /> for making of sandwiches and leaving bulkhead door' opera, Mr. <br /> Buckingham told the hoard that he would be in and give letter <br /> to Mr. Tallent to be sent to the Corporation that if this continues <br /> board would have no choice '-bust to have there in for a hearing- <br /> Mr Buckingham also said that Angelos needs to be done again as <br /> he was in and found that the Produce dept, Deli dept. and overall <br /> the place was dirty--Mr. Lawrence said that he was in on Saturday <br /> and he felt that the place was dirty--Agent said that on the last <br /> inspection that was done by County that the place was found with <br /> violations-Board said that the Agent was to go in on Tuesday and <br /> do a complete inspection. Agent to advise them that if the violations <br /> are not taken care of that they will be called in for a hearing. <br /> Mr. Buckingham also said that Miss Giorgio had asked what kind of <br /> permits should be issued to someone who was selling dented cans at <br /> the Flea market-- Mr. Buckingham talked to George Heufelder of the <br /> County and was told that this was salvage can goods and he had <br /> talked to Mrs. Anderson and both agreed that this could not be <br /> done Mr. Heufelder -informed them and closed operations at the flea <br /> market. Mr. Buckingham informed Mr. Heufelder that the Board <br /> appointed the county each year to act in their behalf so that any <br /> time he sees something that is going on ift the Town that he can <br /> act on it so lona as he informs this office. <br /> The letter from SEA to Highwood [Nater o. , . re:# i-ncluding Ashers Path <br /> and Summerwood Condos in their Charter was read and on file. <br /> I <br /> The memo from Fisher Jr. College re: Job Partnership was read and <br /> the Board agreed that we would not participate in this program. <br /> Memo from the Exec. Sec. with the Claim of Barnstable Builders was read <br /> Mr. Buckingham told the Board than he had talked to Town cunsel and <br /> was toad that he was on top of this - - all in file. <br /> Letter from water Commissioners re Grouse Pointe Board read ad di cusse <br /> that this is the area that Cotuit water Talked about that the 'Town <br /> should take for water supply. Vetter on file. <br />
