Variance request for the following locations 213 Hoophole Road, 158 Pi.necrest Avenue and 72 Highland Avenue all of these in the moratorium area cFB motion to give occupancy variance on all three and to have' disclaimer given and to sign off on oc cupancy �appl ication after disclaimer had been filed second. by RLw. Request for extension of percolation tests on the following locations 8 wheelhouse Lame and 80 South sandwich Road cFB 1 Lw voted to extend' six months on each lication. Plan to move septic tank and pipe leading to -leaching was reviewed and Board gave approval told Mr, Lacava that if the tank broke, cracked while moving than the tank would have to be replaced by a 1500 gallon tank. cFB RLW Plan to repair system at 569 Troon Way was reviewed and approved by the board-- installer to advise off ice when work will begin so that someone from the office could itnes . FBRLT Plan to update system at 65 Forest I rive was reviewed and approved by board. cFB RLW Variance request for update of system Squaws Lame owner of Lot 4 to be notified also check- on living space in garage . 4 r eptage plan . for 166 Whippoorwill circle was reviewed and denied by the board plan , and letter - to go to DEE.
