<br /> form to the Board stating her personal desire not to hook into
<br /> Highwood Water . Statements had been made eminating from this
<br /> building criticizing her for not hooking into the system , The
<br /> observation of -r , Buckingham ngham w s that it was a personal deci -
<br /> sion

<br /> he and Mr . Wilson ', had discussed that issue previously . NOTED .
