Joe D i agg i a rrn Hicks appeared before ore the Board re,-, verbal corrp l a i rrt to Agent on N nday, <br /> ept. b r 15, '1986 and she had reported-the fact to the Board that evening at their sch du l edi <br /> meeting THE BOARD HAD REQUESTED AT THAT FLEETING THAT A LETTER SHOULD BE SENT TO 'CONTRACTOR ADVIS- <br /> ING HIM OF COMPLAINT AND THAT HIS DFLOYEES MLD AFFORD RESIDENTS A BETTER ATTITUDE). <br /> The Agent reiterated that a gentleman and his wife had cora into the office and stated <br /> that� the corer within the dunping area was negligible and that traction, or the road was soft and <br /> without hardner. The gentlenan stated that he was going ham to call DEE because of the road <br /> conditions and the fact -that he couldn't get near-the dumping area, <br /> The version as told by Warren Hicks was that the gentlemen did not pang in an authorized <br /> area, he parked blocking traffic, Warren called this to his attention and the complainant man <br /> scouring the area picking up pieces of piping and other debris to substantiate why he would not <br /> park in the authorized area. Nor. Hicks simple mark to the gentleman was that he would provide <br /> the telephone nor for Labute if the resident c a red to have his trash picked up because Mr. Nicks <br /> was not being paid to ree trash for the person and if he chose to park where he did he was t <br /> rffmve the garbage from his vehicle and p l ace it in the author i zed trash deposit area. <br /> THE BOARD THANKED BOTH MR. DIIAOGIO AND NR. HICKS FOR APPEARING AND ASKED MR. HICKS TO RECORD THE <br /> REGISTRATION[ NEER OF ANY FURTHER OFFENDERS AND THE OFFICE WOULD SEND A .LETTER ACCORDINGLY. <br />
