The engineer felt he would have to request t least two variances,.one t the wetland another to sideline. Cape & Islands were merely sounding the Board out on their feelings, t hey had been to DEE who said they should go through the local board or the court system, DEE also stated'-that if the local board granted any variance they would no go against it. MR. LAWRENCE SAID THAT HE WOULD DENY ANY VARIANCE WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND-CAPE & ISLANDS COULD APPEAL ,TO DEQE.
