TOWN of MASHPEE BOARD of HEALTH MEETING DECEMBER 1 , 1986 Meeting called to order 4 : 25 p .m . Members r%s present : Roland L . Wilson , Charles F . Buckingham It was noted by Mr . Buckingham t hat Mr . Lawrence had a medical- emergency and would not participate in this evenings meeting . i 1 . Warrants signed . 2 . Appointment of Elias McQuaid igned and forwarded to Town Clerk so that he might - be dully sworn in to perform his duties . 3 . Minutes of meet i ng -,of November 24 , 1986 approved and accepted as written . Motion Mr . Buckingham , second Mr . Wilson . 4 . copy of Environmental Protection Agency ' s PDL REP Distribution List a list showing what agencies and persons given reports of Mashpee violations ) . THE ANET COMMENTED THAT MRS . THOMAS AND THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY WERE PRESENT AT THE LAST MEETING IN BOSTON WITH REGARDS To THIS PROBLEM , AT THAT TIME IT WAS STATED THAT THE BOARD F HEALTH WILL PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE MEETINGS PER EPA . . Agents report on inspection of water; supply at Recreation Bldg . wherein she observed that "bubbler" is inaccessible to use by per- sons due to its ' location and the fact that the bottle therein was empty . This inspection was done to honor a request of Mashpee Child Deve l opmen-t Club to provide the Office of Children with a statemtn saying that the water is accepable for washing of heands and the flushing f - toi lets ) . MR, BU-CKINGHAM REQUESTED THAT THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT BE MADE TO THE OFFICE OF CHILDREN ' E HAVE IN- SPECTED THE WATER SUPPLY AND FIND THAT IT CAN BE USED FOR WASHING F HANDS , TOILET FLUSHING AND EVEN COOKING IF No FURTHER SALT Is USED IN THE PREPARATION ) WE HAVE H SEVER REQUESTED THAT THE WATER SUPPLY To DE RELOCATED To A MORE AC ESIBLE LOCATION .
