Buckingham to accept the minutes, second by W. Wilson, the chair Mr. Lawrence) abstained not having been present at previous meeting. . Buckingham asked if this office was in receipt of minutes from the County Water Advisory Committee , he will supply a copy to this office and requested that ar copy be forwarded to the Bd of 3e 1 ectmen . 5.. Mr . Lawrence questioned what the ' Show cause Hearing ' was with DE E . Mr . Buckingham advised it was the violations at the land- fill , and that Town Counsel would attend the hearing along with Mr . B .and the Agent , to be held Wednesday , December 17th 10 : 00 a .m . C . Notice of meeting , comm of Mass Pesticide Board Meeting . NOTED . Proposed budget for fiscal 1988 prepared by Agent . THE MEMBERS OF BOARD WILL TATE FIGURES HOME AND PERUSE To BE ON AGENDA DA AT NEXT MEETING , 8'. Follow up inspection report of Holmes & McGrath of Landfill MEMBERS REQUESTED THAT CONTRACTOR BE BENT A COPY of REPORT WITH A LETTER GIVING RIMA Io TWO WEEKS To COMPLY WITH NOTED VIOLATIONS . THE CHAIRMAN AND MR . WILSON THOUGHT THE MATTER SHOULD NOT BE PUSHED WITH CONTRACTOR HOWEVER , MR . BUCKINGHAM SAID THAT HE FELT THE BOARD SHOULD COVER THEMSELVES IN VIEW OF UPCOMING ' SHOW CAUSE HEARING ' A8 NOTED ABOVE IN ITEM ##5 , MR . B ALSO ANSWERED ED THE CHAIRS ' QUESTION OF , "WHAT CAN THE STATE DO'S " WITH THE REPLY THAT' IT ( THE STATE ) COULD FINE THE TOWN AS IT DID WITH PROVINCET WN AND THAT IT WOULD BE UP To TOWN N COUNSEL To CONVINCE D E E THAT WE ARE TRYING TO MAKE THE CONTRACTOR ' TOW THE LINE ' . 10 . Memo from Exec Sec re : 1987 Annual Town Meeting Calendar . NOTED 11 . Mr . questioned Buckin ham whether Elias McQuaid had taken the 9 Installers exam since corning on board . THE CLERK SAID THAT AFTER GIVING THE EXAM To A POTENTIAL INSTALLER , ELIAS ASKED IF HE COULD SEE THE EXAM , ELIAS THEM SAID HE WISHED HE HAD TAKEN THE EXAM BE- FORE LOOKING AT RESULTS . THE BOARD REQUESTED THAT HE TAKE THE TEST-.
