Letter to C . Buckingham from Town Counsel re : cover material <br /> for Landfill . CHAIRMAN SUGGESTED SENDING MR. DIMAGGIO A COPY OFJOWN COUNSEL'S REPLY IN <br /> ADDITION TO THE QUOTE OF THE IMPERVIOUS MATERIAL > 3 6.00 PER YARD FROM NEMA K T SAND &'GRAVEL OF <br /> MIDDLEB RO. AND ASK WHAT IS HE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT, UNTIL HE ANSWERS THERE"S NOTHING THIS BOARD <br /> CAN ACT ON, MR. BUCK I NGHM AND MR. WILSON CONCURRED. FR. M m, Exec Sec- re: Meeting on Library, Housing on Jobs Fishing Road. THE AGENT IN ADDRESSING <br /> MR. BUCKING ASKED IF HE HAD BEEN ATTENDING THOSE. MEETINGS, HE REPLIED IN THE NEGATIVE. A DIS- <br /> CUSSION FOLLOWED RE: WATER AND SEWAGE PLANTS IN TOWN, THE CHAIR CONCERNED WITH THE COST TO THE <br /> TAXPAYER FGR WATER COVPANY, SEWAGE TREATMENT AND NEW SCHOOL. HIS CONCERNS WERE ALSO FOR THE AM UNT <br /> OF TIME THIS BOARD HAD BEEN 1 RK-I NG ON THESE CONCERNS (Water,, Sewage) AND NOW THE REDUNDANCY OF NEW <br /> BOARDS SEEMINGLY ACCOMPLISHING THAT 1HICH WAS BEGUN HERE ON THIS BOARD. <br /> C* �m, EXec Sec re: Special Town Meeting, M rch 23rd, deadline for articles January 30th. THE <br /> GEN ADVISED THE BOARD TFAT SHE REQUESTED THAT THE TOWN ACCOUNTANT CHECK TO SEE IF MONIES LEFT OVER <br /> 4i 9 IN THE WESTON & SffSON AdCOUNT COULD DE USED FOR THE LANDFILL. MR, BUCKINGiM ADVISED M ERS OF <br /> THE BDARD THAT HE HAS A MEETING SCHEDULED WITH TOWN COUNSEL ON 1/29/87 AT 3:30 p.m. <br /> 7 <br /> Memo from E1 i as re: iris Meeting at Rochester. AT THIS POINT THE CHAIR IS DEPARTING THE , <br /> MEETING AND MP. BUCKING N WANTED TO INTERJECT THE FACT THAT HE HAD CHECK ON THE PRICE OF IS- <br /> SUING PERMITS FOR-TREATMENT PLANTS, $5'0.00 for the first 500 gallons and $10.00 FOR EACH ADDTL <br /> 500 gpd. THE CHAIR REQUESTED THAT HE PUT IN THE FORM OF A MOTION, MOTION MADE, SECONDED BY MR. <br /> LAWRENCE, UNANIMOUS DECISION S STATED. <br /> 8. Memo, dater Ccrrnissioner Thomas rye: Surrrner resident of Horseshoe Bend Way not desirous of <br /> being piped in to Flruth Water supply. MR. BUCKINGHAM SAID HE WONDERED ABOUT THAT AND PERHAPS <br /> TOWN COUNSEL WOULD HAVE TO CONSULTED; HIS CONCERN WAS THAT IF THE WELL NOW SHOWED NO CONTAMINANTS <br /> WAS THERE A POSSIBILITY THAT CONTAMINANTS COULD SHOW IN THE FUTURE. <br /> 9.
