Discussion held re: proposed budget fiscal 188, Chair had called office earlier in the day to request that Agent send rano to Finance Committee raking an appointmnt with that Board to argue the budget cut as submitted by this Board. Mr. Buckingham requested that Agent prepare docu mentat i on of hours expended on 'outside' projects, the position in this office being the most senior of recent appointees and the need in the past for back-ups of restaurant inspections, perro l at i on -bests; with the 4 proj e tion of nine tre tnmt plants on the drawing board,' one of whcih is under construction will take time f run the office in inspections of phases of these during construction, The Chair expressed concert after having just employed Elias McQuaid to fill the opening. 12. Mr. Buckingham rade note that he had the minutes of the WQRC meeting af January 13, 1987 in- cludes the presentation that Fudala made of the well site the Town is considering going into with Hostetter. The Chair asked if anything was heard about the well that was left out of the VIA art i c l e, Mr. Buckingham said that he had rec'd a transcript of the geographical description frim Fuda l a, f the South Mashpee wel]- arid he had hoped it could be presented by WQRC but they don't amt un- til next week, it had to be into the warrant by last Friday, os it was inserted under the Board of Health, so that area can go back under a protective zone. CFB has a prior cc nitmnt at the time af the next WQRC meting so Fud l a will explain to that group why the article will appear under the Board of Health recwwndation.
