It looks i i ice you've got the containment wall ccrni ng out to within three feet, four feet, of the side lot boundary to the south, It's coming out ten feet, fifteen F feet of the road, taking ten feet or so on that side and going to the driveway on the other al- rrrost to the excavated-area. Looking at the print it I going i nto the driveway or i nto the edge of the driveway area and it's coming down to about fifteen feet of the paved surface of the road, on the road side, I'm a little puzzled by the inside lines there* OPS: Those are proposed elevations. CHL: The only area I can see that you have is where abutting this line over here and that, when the excavation is done that's up to the owner and excavator to be sure that they don't break over that line , and the street way your -could pu l I mre this way and give yourself some more roar in there, you know if ,your pu l l htat wall back towards the street, and give a variance that way, they have to excavate anyway. CIL. Well that's who owns 4that road. JPS: I think he's going to have to put up some sort of a bond, or whomever does own that road, any damage that's done is going to be replaced and repaired. CHL.0 And on the side line I think ;that's the people .who are doing the work,, the excavator and the Donaldls or whomever 1 i ve them, if these people.do damage to their lot them they have the right to recourse, they should take all precautions to be sura they don't go over there or that theme no cave ins that go into their property, but I can't go down there and hold their hams on that, I don't think {that's up of this Board.
