The Chair noted.the fact that he did not beep his. appo i rrment with the Finance Coni ttee as <br /> p l anlned. NOTED. <br /> 5 2. The Board met with Selectmen Hanson, Lawrence and the Exec Sec re. proposal of the BOH to <br /> do a street pick up of trash once the Town goes with SEMSS. Ater much discussion it was felt <br /> that prior to the town going into rubbish pickup, Mr. Buckingham would explore the method which <br /> the Towns of Falmuth and Bourne presently emply, the costs etc. At the suggestion Of Hanson, <br /> they felt that Labute should be given first crack at a proposal being a local talent. <br /> 3. There was a light discussion regarding the motor vehicle accident involving the townve- <br /> hicle, driven by the Agnet, Leonore Anderson and a private vehicle, <br /> 4. Mm from Finance Con i ttee re: rev i sed fiscal budget 1988, the Chairman stated that he wou l d <br /> see Murphy re: proposal the Chair had made to other fferhers regarding the ho 1 d i ng of Agents 'As s i s- <br /> tant salary bases,' Hea 1 th Services and Expense account i tuns. <br /> S. Discussion was held : scales at Landf i 1 l, McQuaid to workthem daily with a lunch relief, <br /> Board h ers to work three shifts on Saturdays and Sundays 8-10, 10-12, 12-2 and either McQuaid <br /> or Tallent filling in the void. <br /> 5 <br /> C, Letter from Ruth Agnew, President/CEO,, _Upper Cape Visiting Nurses Association, who would like <br /> to meet with the Board re: Fiscal 1958 budget requests. BOARD REQUESTS THAT SHE BE INVITED TO AT- <br /> TEND THE MEETING of 3/23/87. <br /> 7. Scott M Asl ill present before Board with plan for Cape Cod Coffee. THE BOARD REQUESTED THAT <br /> TANK SIE S B 2000ga1, in addition they requested documentation that owner had correspondence fr rn <br /> DEQE office of Emissions, the plant will be used to roast coffee and it is felt that DEQE should <br /> rule on effects of emission of process. Letter from Purity Supreme thankj ng the Board for the past meeting (3/2/87) and the prospec- <br /> tive meting with the Agent. (THIS MEETING WILL T AIDE PLACE THIS WEEK WITH WQUAID HEUFELDER). <br /> An outline of a plan to correct all violations. NOTED, FILED <br /> 10. Letter from Town of Falmouth to DEQE., Off of Env i rorrnta l Affairs re: Ashuilet Pond FY'87 <br /> Phase l Project, announcement of Public Hearing Fa lr uth Town Hall 3 10/87, 7:30 p.m. <br /> TOTED, FILED <br /> 11. Approval by Town Counsel of addendum to LarKtf ill contract re: metal pile and request of the <br /> operator to charge a fee; portion originally crossed out by Board members must be initialed by <br /> Bard and Contractor. NOTED, FILED <br /> 12. Weston & Sampson contract, approval to form by Town Counsel however he requests that a new <br /> Page 3 be submitted by W&S regarding access over private property and interests on balances not <br /> paid according to contract. - 1R.
