Buckingham <br /> Meeting called to order at 4:10 p.m. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT To BE CONSIDERED A PART OF THE MEETING, IT IS FOR THE USE OF THE CLERK IN TRANS- <br /> CRIBING THE MINUTES. <br /> Mr. Buckingham rade note of the fact the chai rrnaun, Charles Lawrence was not present for the me:eti ng. <br /> 1 . Warrants signed . <br /> 2 . Motion by Mr; . Buckingham to accept the minutes ' as printed ' of <br /> the meetings ' of March 16th , 26th and 30th . Seconq M . Wilson . <br /> B . Carl, McDonald appeared before the members with a request to ob- <br /> tain <br /> b- <br /> toin a building permit for a demolition and to re-construct at Let <br /> B Dnc le Percy ' s Road . Mr . McDonald has- been advised by the off ice <br /> that such a permit cannot be signed off unless he had gotten the ap- <br /> proval of the Board . Mr . Wilson questioned whether a variance was <br /> needed due to the lot size . MR . BDGKING'HAM FADE THE MOTION To ALLOT! <br /> THE ISSUANCE of SUCH A PERMIT PROVIDING THAT ALL PERSONS INVOLVED , <br /> OWNER , BUILDER , INSTALLER , ARE AWARE THAT No OCCUPANCY PERMIT WILL <br /> BE ISSUED UNTIL HI HWO D WATER IN ON LIFE . MR . WILSON QUESTIONED <br /> WHEN -HIGHWOOD WOULD BE GOING IN THAT AREA : MR . M DONALD SAID THAT <br /> HE HAD CONTACTED HI HWOOD THIS DATE AND THEY EXPECTED TO HAVE THE <br /> LINES IN WITHIN THE NEXT TWO WEEK PERIOD . MR , BUCKINGHAM MADE THE <br /> MOTION THAT - THE PERMIT BE ISSUED WITH A NOTATION ON THE PERMIT AND <br /> A LETTER BE SEPT To MR . MGDONALD THAT No OCCUPANCY WILL BE ISSUED <br /> UNTIL WATER FROM HIGHWOOD IS ON LINE . MR . WILSON SECONDED . <br /> 4 . Regarding the above , Mr . Buckingham ham requested that the clerk <br /> Call DEQE on Tuesday and inquire hove far H i ghwood is going to be <br /> allowed to go is a storage tank is not installed . <br /> . Re : Request to Finance Committee for transfer of funds from <br /> Reserve to wage Account , having been denied by the Committee . MR . <br /> BUCKINGHAM REQUESTED THAT HE BE ADVISED WHEN ,ACCOUNT IS DOWN To ONE <br /> HUNDRED DOLLARS . <br /> . Memo from Exec Sec on up-date 'of Otis Transfer; Station . MR . B <br /> SAID THAT HE HAD SPOKEN WITH GENE LABUTE LAST WEEK REGARDING THE <br /> PROPOSAL of THE TOWN PICKING UP TRASH of HOUSEHOLDERS ONCE THE Toil <br /> GOES WITH SEMA S . GENE ' S FEELING IS THAT THERE SHOULD BE THREE IGEN <br /> PER VEHICLE , COST of EACH TRUCK APPROX NINETY THOUSAND , HE TREES <br /> THAT INDIVIDUAL HOMES IS FIDE BUT NOT To INCLUDE CONDOS WITH DUMP- <br /> STER ( THEY SHOULD BE DONE BY COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE ) , THE TOWN <br /> COULD NOT Do DUMP TERS COMMERCIAL ) WITHOUT FIRST QUALIFYING WITH <br /> STATE D .
