The Chair made note that he had a memo copy from Water Quality Review Committee had sent to Selectmen as to what they feel the pro- gram of what a WQRC should be in the future to include the forming f a Board of Water Commissioners , to include , a member of the BOH and the regulatory authority should consist of Health member 1 Appeals ( 1 ) Planning 1 Conservation 1 Water Commissioners 1 and two from Selectmen . This would be to enforce the moratorium areas around well fields both in now and proposed , TOTED , FILED 16 . COSTA SAID HE WOULD FEEL MORE AT EASE IF THE ABUTTING WELLS WERE DESIGNATED N PLAN , BOB BUR MANN OF HOLIES & MD RATH TO HAVE A TEAM IN THE FIELD TO GET THE DATA AND RE-SUBMIT REVISED PLAN . 19 , Doyle Engineering appeared before the Board with a. plan for 84 mariner Lane , they had previously been before Conservation who would not endorse plan before BOH ; Doyle then met with Norrie who advised thea to go to DEE . DEE referred then back to BOH for a letter # say- ing this Bd would not have a. problem with it if they DEE approved it as such . 2 a letter from the Water comm with a time frame as to Town water would be available , this was discussed last week with that Comm and there is no said form but it wound seen ( according to D ..
