Paul Townsend of i ndch i me s appeared before the Board wl plans for a treatment p l ant; it is <br /> designed in two stages 1 septic tanks, pump chamber and leaching field, DEQE guidelines being 58 <br /> units, totaI units in this dereIopment is 170 units. It wiII be a 30,000 ga tanks W6 ith leaching of <br /> 1 ga. per ft. He stated that mid-way through construction of the 58 units construction should begin <br /> on the plant so that the plant is on line and tested and approved by this Board. GRC advised Town- <br /> send that he thought CFB s presently ill should be afforded the opportunity of viewing the plans <br /> prior to any further rther action. PLANS ACCEPTED AND TO BE REVIEWED ALSO BY A VT, <br /> 30. Darr i d Thur 1 i n representing Pine Tree Corners appeared with engineering for camplex to be located <br /> at the site of fom-er Tisitts. Plans call for it to house a banks and offices, errployees under 24. <br /> THE BARD REQUESTED THAT THE SIZE OF THE TANK BE INCREASED AND THAT DRAINAGE RkJN-OFFS BE LOCATED <br /> OTHER THAN ADJACENT TO THE WELL. <br /> 31. Bob Burgrnann, Holmes & McGrath appeared with a rear i sed plan for Earle Marsters which requ i reed <br /> no consideration for a variance, he wanted to thanks the Board for their previous r eeti rig and to <br /> submit the plan. <br /> 32. Jacky Brw/BSC Group appeared with the plans for Mews Ratio Villas (there were certain ques- <br /> tions <br /> ues- <br /> tions that Mrs. Anderson had when reviewing the plans, i.e. si e of tanks and leaching, whether or <br /> not there would be garbage grinders) the Board accepted the plans under advisemmt. <br /> 33. Greg MacIsaac,, Joe Breen and Attorney Alen Satami representing uA9-NET WOODS. 120 acres <br /> with 583 units, land within the tract and above the 120 ac. has been given to the town for a well <br /> field that is capable of producing close to 1 million gallons per day in addition to the well site <br /> $600,000has been donated to the town for the construct i on of the water ria i n s frim thee l 1 site <br /> own <br /> dt Rte 28 and from there down to the . connect i on with the Town of Falmouth).
