Paul Townsend of windchimes appeared before the Board w/ plans for a treatment plant; it is <br /> designed in two stages (1) septic tank, pump chamber and leaching field, <br /> GEQE guidelines being 68 <br /> units, total units in this development is 170 Lnits. It will be a 30,000 ga tank with leaching of <br /> 1 ga. per ft. Fie stated that mid-way through ccrstruction of the 68 units construction should begin <br /> on the plant so that the plant is on line and -ested and approved by this Board. GRC advised Town- <br /> send that he thought CFB s(presently ill) should be afforded the opportunity of viewing the plans <br /> prior to any further actio. PLANS ACCEPTED AND TO BE REVIEWED ALSO BY AGENT. <br /> 30. David Thulin representing Pine Tree Cornersappearedwith engineering for complex to be located <br /> at the site of former Tisit's.
