BOARD IS IN AGREEMENT. <br /> 1 1 . Skip Macomber appeared before the Board re: Griffin, 39 Ninigret Avenue, <br /> owners have not been able to use bathrooms for five months due to failure of <br /> system. He is requesting an emergency variance for the failure of cesspool . <br /> System design three flow diffussors. <br /> Board finding : ' Emergency repair' <br /> Restriction: No alteration or addition before Coming before Board <br /> Elias to supervise installation, Mr. Wilson also expressed desire to be <br /> in attendance. <br /> Prior to issuing variance Mr. Wilson questioned the use of two diffusors and <br /> leaving room for further expansion, Elias thought the cheaper method would be <br /> to install all three apt .present time, <br /> MOTION RLW,, SECOND GRC To ALLOW VARIANCE. <br /> 12.
