THE SUGGESTION CONTAINED <br /> WITHIN THE MEMO THAT THE PERSONNEL OF THE BOH Do THE ACTUAL COLLECTION OF WATER SAMPLES MET WITH P-. <br /> PROVAL, THE SUGGESTED FEE OF $50.00 TO INCLUDE PERMIT AND ANALYSIS, IT WAS FELT WAS Too MINIMAL. <br /> THE BOARD FELT THAT THIS SHOULD BE HELD IN ABEYANCE. NSR. COSTA FELT THE MATTER OF TAKING SAMPLES <br /> AND DELIVERING TO THE BCHD COULD RESOLVE ITSELF BY SEALING THE CONTAINER AND HAVING THE DRILLER DO <br /> THE DELIVERING. <br /> IN LINE WITH THE-ABOVE ELIAS SUGGESTED THAT EITHER THE ACTING AGENT OR ASSISTANT DO THE ACTUAL SAMP- <br /> LING OF WATER FOR SWIWIIG POOLS PRIOR TO THE OPENING AND APPROVAL OF POOLS FOR THE SEASON. <br /> 4. Mr. Costa asked that the matter of last ,years t public hearing on Swimming Pool and Lifeguards <br /> be placed on 3/7/88 agenda for further action. <br /> . GRC-ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY DEPOSIT MADE E ON SUNDAY A.M., THE OFFICE HADN'T RE- <br /> CEIVED ANIS PUvPING TICKETS FROM CONTRACTOR THIS DATE TO VERIFY WHETHER OR NOT DEPOSIT MADE. <br /> 10. Mono, Virgilio in answer to m2ffo frim Elias rye: Dr. L'Hmme and situation on Shone Drive caused <br /> by the Dr. In the memo Virgilio asked that if in Elias' communication he had intimated that it was <br /> a DPW p rob l ern that it be corrected and a copy of that cajun i c at i on sent to Virgilio. The Board <br /> was assured that such did not take place. <br /> 11. Letter, Town Counsel re: Sea Quarters (Mews IX). MR. COSTA HAD PARTICULAR CONCERN WITH THE <br /> PARAGRAPH, "It would appear to rye that any decision by the ashpee Board of Health to grant approval <br /> to the septic systems currently requested by the New Seabury Corporation in the Sea Quarters Project <br /> would not effect in any way the DEQE's ability to corm l the Corporation to file an ENF if it should <br /> opso decide. <br /> .IT WAS NOTED THAT PLANS HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY REV I E 'ED AND APPROVED AS REVISED. <br /> MOTION TO ISSUE PERMITS, G C, SECOND RLW, UNANIMOUS. <br />
