Minerella that he does have to park his <br /> true in -order to sell his goods. <br /> Mr: Minn rel laagreed and stated according to the by-laws in the town <br /> of M shpee he Inas the right to sell goods anywhere in Mashpee for a period <br /> of twenty minutes thereafter moving- 200 feet and this Board has the right <br /> to inspect his vehicle. <br /> Mr. costae informed Mr. Minnerella that this Board cannot issue a new <br /> ruling for one person and reiterated expl ining that this Board will issue <br /> a permit once written ,p r issi n is obtained from the commercial landowner. <br /> Mr. Minnerella commented that has been issued a permit from this town <br /> for the last seven years. He explained that in the town of Falmouth i f you <br /> set-up on private property a permit is not required <br /> Mr. Minnerella ways shown the State s do i tart' code book by Mr. -Gree l i sh <br /> pertaining to Mr. Minnerella's business. Mr. Minnerella stated he is en- <br /> titled to a Board of 'H alth permit. <br /> Mr. Minnerella questioned Mr. McQuaid as to why he secured money from <br /> hire for the permit. <br /> Mr, McQuaid informed Mr. Minnerella that the money was taken pending <br /> approval of the permit from this Board and explained to Mr. Minnerella <br /> i <br /> that if the permit is denied his money will be refunded. <br /> Mr, Costa suggested Mr* Minnerella make an appointment on net week's <br /> agenda for discussion. <br /> Appointment: Mr. Ernie Virgilio regarding B:P. . takeover r of landfill <br /> operation <br /> Mr , Virgilio presented to the Board a written assessment of the land- <br /> fill <br /> and- <br /> fill regulations. <br /> Mr. costa commented to W. Virgilio that he did request dumpster hours <br /> from 8:30 to :oo not 3:30 as written on the regulations presented. <br /> t <br /> Mr. Virgilio noted the correction. <br /> Mr. Wilson questioned the `height of the fence. <br /> Mr. Virgilio responded he is trying to secure a eight foot high fence <br /> but may only be six feet r i n height: k { � � -IF L <br /> Mr. Costa informed 4W Virg11io that there are no height restrictions <br /> on fences only spite fences. <br />
