Copy of letter from D,E.Q.L. to the Pentagon. regarding r i a rwood' . <br /> water condition - Mr. Costa questioned Mr. McQuaid at to whether h <br /> has brought this letter to the attention of the Selectmen. Mr, M.cQuaid <br /> responded no. Mr. Cbsta stated be would like to discuss -this i-ssue later <br /> in the meeting. <br /> . Copy of a letter from Town Counsel to the superior Court Clerk regarding <br /> the l onol o sl i litigation - The Board acknowledged receiving tho letter. <br /> . Letter from Town Counsel to George Costa regarding Se qui rtes master <br /> deed - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that. plans have been approved. <br /> Mr. Costa commented that according to the exhibits shown .in this letter <br /> the units are two bedroom however six occupants are allowed. -. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated be ill review the plans to see if the system can <br /> accomodate sic occupants, <br /> . copy of articles for special town meeting - Mr. Costa commented that <br /> the Upper Blackstone contract may not be necessary and probably will <br /> be withdrawn -at Town meeting. <br /> . Copy of letter f rom'Secretary -Hoyte regarding the E. I.R. on Stratford <br /> Ponds - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that the E.I .R. 'report is not <br /> satisfactory to D.E.Q.E. as it. does not contain a trafficreport on the <br /> impact of Route 28 and they are, requesting that they 'relocate the pro- <br /> posed leaching area. <br /> Mr. Costa stated he was informed that the developers agreed to the re- <br /> quests by D.E.Q.E. <br /> { <br />
