Mr. Ziobro explained that prior to <br /> this revised plan there was one system being fed into ore central gasoline <br /> intercepter and went, thru five- leaching pits, the revised plan shows a sep- <br /> aration <br /> ep- <br /> aratiori device so that clean water flows unde r n ,- the gas rid oil floats <br /> on top an6 thELre will be -retens-ibri in each ore of the individual basins, so <br /> that the ctmposite volu i of all the bESins separately is within % of what <br /> .as proposed for thE- gas intercepters. <br /> Mr. reelish questioned Mr, Ziobro as to the effectiveness of the inter- <br /> cepter. <br /> Mr. Ziobro r sporded it is equal to a standard M.D.C. intercepter. <br /> Mr. McQuaid expressed his concern with the proper SChEduling of main- <br /> t entice and the verification and timing of pumping procedures. Mr. McQuaid <br /> also expressed his concern a to who would be re s pcns i b l e for -this type cf <br /> maintenance. <br /> Mr. Greelish mc-tioned to except thE: revised plans as presented with <br /> thE, stipulation thE, engineer present to the, Board,, prior to the issuance <br /> of any occupancy permit, recommendations for a maintenance program and a <br /> st at eWn-t from the church indicating the naME' of the firm to be secured <br /> for the inspection of the road drains, Mr, costa sect rtded. <br /> . Proposed deli addition at oc ry Trading Post with application - <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that a commercial engineer was hired <br /> for thE- props s ed add i t i ori. He ccmented tine f i rgi, of Banter & Nye <br /> inspected the premises and found the system: to bc, adequate with the <br /> exception of one pit,, which will have to be cen ve -ted to a H2O due to <br /> its location under the driveway. Mr. McQuaid suggested the Board <br /> decide to activate bcth pits as a precautionary Wasure and commerted <br /> in speaking with the owner,, in regards to food preparation, a portable <br /> grease trap would be adequate. He informed the{ Board that the owner <br /> is proposing to build a kitChELn facility to serge deli products, there <br /> are no grills proposed. <br /> Mr, McQuaid questioned the Board aS to whether -the applicant should <br /> secure a food service permit. <br /> Mr. Costa stated the applicant will be required to secure a food service <br /> permit. <br />
