Copy of press release from Mas-tepee Arts Lottery Council - The Board acknowledged rec.eiving a copy of the press release. 12. ) Copy of BEI ASS "Run for the Environment" on October 22, 1988 - The Board acknowledged receiving a copy. 13. ) Copy of negro from Department of Public -Health regarding emergency evacuation planning - Mr, McQuaid informed ed the Board that a deadline for this is drawing closer. The Board acknowledged receiving the memo and acre aware of the imput deadline. 14. Copy of the Board of Health press- 'release regarding underground stor- - age tank regulations - Mr, ua i d i nformed- the Board that this reg- ulation has been forwarded to the pes for release 15. ) Copy of beach clean-up day on October 1 , 1988 -� 1r. . c ua i informed ed the- Board that copies of the, flyer, have been forwarded to the Gon� servation Commission, Recreation Department arid School Department t ire hopes that a large number of volunteers may turn out for this event. 16. ) Copy of Lapio letter to the Building Inspector -regarding the Barn- r. Costa stated a meeting will be held between Mashpee - Town Counsel and Mr. Lapio's Attorney and stated he would like to attend this meeting. 17. ) Copy of ad for massages - Mr, McQuaid informed, the Board that a masseuse in the Town of Bash pee may be practicing his trade out of his hone and stated he Inas not ag u i red license f roar this Board. 1r�. Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to forward a letter to Mr. Oorrone l 1 a. reminding his that this Town has adopted regulations requiring that all persons operating a trade as massage therapist must obtain a license , from this Board -and rust practice- this trade out of a licensed facility. 18. ) Copy of assigned Selectmen as .liason person for quarterly reports (due October 1 , 1988) - lir. McQuaid stated- he -was i-nformed by the Selectmen' at the most recent interdepartmental meeting that there is no format required in submitting the quarterly 'reports. - . 1r. Costa stated he and -Mr.r. Greel ish will discuss a format at to be sub- mitted by October 1 , 1988. 19-.) Letter from Leary requesting Board of Health assistance for removal of junk cars Mr. Costa suggested the Police Department investigate the area and take- the' i dent i f i c at ion numbers off the -vehicles to locate'. the owners. Mr. Costa stated he will research this matter with the Police Department.
