R <br /> r <br /> Ms. Steifell responded, .if contamination has been determined ined the <br /> owner is required to remove the tanks and explained that many times the <br /> leakage stems from the fill pipe. <br /> Ms. Greelish stated the existing tests performed for leakage cannot <br /> detect sma l i amounts of contamination from private under round storage <br /> tanks-and therefore, enforcement is difficult. He suggested a more en- <br /> forceable regulation be adopted in the near future. <br /> 32. ) Proposed addition, entrance way without Title 11 upgrade, 308 <br /> Paddock way - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that the applicant <br /> is proposing to enclose the entranceway and questioned the Board <br /> as to whether this is considered increased habitable space. <br /> . r. Greelish stated the pumping record is questionable. <br /> Mr, Costa requested the owner attend the net regularly scheduled <br /> meeting to clarify the use of the proposed addition. <br /> 33. ) Agent' s request for input upgrade to Title V for addition, 90 <br /> Briar Patch Lane - Mr. McQuaid i'nformed the Board that the engi- <br /> neer is proposing to relocate the leaching pit by 51 and add an <br /> extra foot of stone. Mr. McQuaid suggested a second pit be in- <br /> stalled off the D box, however this proposal would encroach on the <br /> sideline which would require a Variance and explained an alternative <br /> solution would be -to install a second pit with a diverter valve. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to request the owner/engineer to install a <br /> second pit with diverter valve which shall be inspected by Mr. <br /> McQuaid prior to covering, Mr. Wilson seconded, all agreed. <br /> 39; Perc extension request, 59 Great Pines Drive, L. Garr, original <br /> perk 1 - Mr. Greelish motioned to deny the pert extension <br /> request, Mr. Costa seconded, all agreed. <br /> 40. Perk extension request, 1081 slice Way, previously requested and <br /> enie _most recent perp 2 - fir. McQuaid stated two files <br /> were discovered on 'this property and the information tai en from <br /> one was inaccurate and commented the most recent re-pert was per- <br /> formed in 1987, <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a six month perp extension which <br /> shall expire April 2, 1988, Mr. Costa seconded, all agreed. <br /> 41 . Copy, updated P.A.P. - The Board acknowledge.d receiving a copy <br /> of -the most recent F.A.P. contract. <br /> 42. ) Request to appear before the Board, Denise Sullivan - Discussion <br /> took p ace between the Board and employees regarding job descriptions. <br />
