Memo, Elias to Murphy w/copy of Weston & Sampson engineering supervision <br /> cost for Lagoon rehab. - The Board was in agreeane to forward the <br /> fee schedule -to Mr. ffurphy. <br /> 4. Mere , Elias to Ernie regarding White Goods Policy DEQE - The Board <br /> acknowledged th-e memo. ., <br /> . ) Memo, Ernie to Board of Health regarding meeting 11/7/88 at 11 -30, White <br /> Goods at Landfill - Mr. McQuaid informed red the Board that this meet 1 ng ,h s <br /> been postponed until further notice. <br /> Mr. Greelish requested Mr. McQuaid to notify him when a new meeting is <br /> scheduled. <br /> 6. ) Applkation, Ace Cesspool , pur p i ng license fog^ 1989 - Mr. Wilson motione <br /> to issue a iicense to Ace Cesspool which shall permit septage haulage and <br /> pumping within -the town of Mashpee: for.the-- a lender .year 1989, Mr'.' Application, Hickey Construction, Pumping License 1988 - Mr. McQuaid <br /> informed the Board that this company is requesting a license to pump <br /> failed systems only, as they are also operating a business to install <br /> septic systems within the Town. <br /> Mr. Wilson motioned to issue a license to Hickey Construction which shall <br /> permit septage haulage and pumping within thetown of Mashpee for the cal- <br /> ender <br /> al- <br /> ender year 1989, Mr* Greelish seconded. <br /> 8. ) Copy, letter f rom Executive secretary to Cady, D.E.Q.E. , regard i ng Mash pee <br /> Facility Plan - The Board acknowledged receiving a copy of this letter. <br /> 9.
