McQuaid informed Mr. Gree i sh that Mr, costa did request his appear- <br /> ance at this meeting. <br /> Mr. Gr ee l i s h stated lie will attend 'this meeting. <br /> 11 . ) Meeting announcement, South Cape Beach ' dv. comm. 11/7/88 at : D� <br /> Ton Hall - The Board acknowledged receiving the meeting announcement. <br /> 12. Copy, Home Bld 's Assoc. of Cape cod, regarding upgrading of septic <br /> systems, with draft regulations? - Mr. Creel ish requested Mr. McQuaid <br /> to file this information for further reference. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Upper Cape Visiting Nurses Association regarding next year <br /> budget request <br /> . Judith Tarr vias inn attendance for this discussion. <br /> FIs. Tarr reviewed last year' s expenditures with the Board and commented <br /> participation in the blood pressure clinic was very high with total year attend- <br /> ance of approximately 440 people. She explained that 406 flu vaccines were <br /> distributed in the town, the Maternal child Health program went well with 1 0 <br /> visits last year. Ms. Tarr stated the budget requested for this year is $19,200.00, <br /> this is due to the increased nu*rs i ng and medical equipment. <br /> . McQuaid forwarded his recommendations to the Board that the budget <br /> as proposed is accepted and commented that the cooperation and communication <br /> from the V.N.A. has been outstanding. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the 1989 V.N.A. budget as presented, <br /> which shall be forwarded ed to Finance Committee for approval , Mr. Wilson seconded. <br /> 13'. ) Preliminary subdivision plan, for review acrd comment, Earl Mills, off <br /> .Route 130 - Mr. Greelish requested Mr. McQuaid to withhold all pre- <br /> liminary <br /> re- <br /> iiminary plans.. that do not meet B.O.H# approval . <br /> Mr. McQuaidstated he will forward his comments to the developer and <br /> appropriate. Boards informing thea of the inadequate submittal . <br /> 14. Waiver signature .reuir^ed, Harris prop. Woodland Avenue.
