Greelish expressed his concern with the intended use and its close proximity to the water. APPOINTMENT: Ken Madigan - residential retail food business Mr, Madigan was in attendance for this scheduled ap- pointment. Mr, McQuaid informed the Board he did consult with the State Department of Food & Drug who relayed they do inspect and permit this type of operation. M . Madigan explained this is a home based diet product business which is marketed a variety of ways. Mr. Madigan presented samples to the Board and commented they are deliv� eyed in owes twice a month by . .s. and will be stored i his home until a response if received by an advertisement. The product is marketedin 29 countries. Mr, Doherty questioned M . Madigan as to whether the product is perishable in any way. Mr. Madigan stated no. Mr. Doherty questioned Mr. Madigan as to the amount of the product which will - be stored at his dwelling. 1.r. Madigan responded he is presently storing two cases on metal shelves in his cellar and does not intend to store large quantities of the product as this would involve invest- ing on a larger some. Mr. Greelish questioned whether the use was conforming within zoning requirements. .
