Greelish motioned to accept the minutes of February , 1990, Mr. Doherty seconded., all agreed, Lot 19 Hi h SacheM Road Mr, Arthur Joya, construction supervisor, was in atten- dance for this discussion. Mr. McQuaid informed the Board plans were approved for this lot in July 1989 . v.D. . results were received with waivers signed and recorded accordingly. I , Mr, McQuaid stated an anonymous phone call was received stating ars unlicensed installer was installing a septic sys� tem on this lot. Upon site inspection Mr, Evans found evidence of a system being installed, however could not lo- cate the individual installing the system. Subsequent re- search revealed the system was being installed by an unli- censed installer. Mr. Evans placed a ' Stop Work's order at the site. Mr. Joseph Harvey, licensed in the town, pulled the septic permit today. 1rF» McQuaid questioned Board em- bers as to what course of action, if any, should..,be taken. Mr. Harvey is willing to verify the system was placed accord- ing to plans* Mr, Joya explained they did not hire an installer as they have been installing the system with their own equip- ment. Mr, Joya stated he retained the services of Joseph Harvey to supervise placement of the system and requested him to pull the septic permit, Mr, McQuaid stated, in speaking with Joe Harvey he indi- cated that he was notified of this situation today and asked today to pull the permit.
