Mr. Joya explained the installer- working at the site is licensed in the town of Falmouth. Mr. McQuaid voiced his concern regarding this violation as the site is located within the moratorium area. Mr, Joya commented in two of the homes filters have leen placed at the well pump in the basement, two other houses have filters installed at the sink. Bottled water is sup- plied from Poland springs. Mr. McQuaid questioned Mr. Joya as to the whereabouts o the original permit issued to William Harvey as it still 're- tains it validity. 4 Mr, Joya suggested Mr. McQuaid contact Mr . William Harvey, Mr. Costa informed Mr. Joya a statement regarding this violation will be placed in the file. Any subsequent viola- tion(s) will be subject to a fine unposed by this Board. Mr. costa recommended the developer meet with this Board to discuss a program which would inform tenants of the water ,situation in the area. Mr. Costa requested health agents to research a policy which. would impose a fine for any unlicensed individual oper- ating within the town. . ) Copy of memofrom Board to Selectmen re: Firing Ran - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board this issue is scheduled on the Selectmen's agenda for Tuesday, February loth and have re- quested a Board member or Agent to attend. Contract from Weston & Sampson re: Treatment Plant Re- _ - Mr, Greelish requested Mr. McQuaid to inquire into alternative engineering firms and provide a list . to this Board at the next regularly scheduled meeting, Mr. McQuaid informed the Board a copy of the agreement has been forwarded to Town Counsel for review.
