Repair plan submitted delineates 74,11 be- <br /> tween proposed septic pit and the existing well <br /> Mr. McQuaid expressed his concern with the homeowner ex - <br /> panding his habitable space once his system has been deemed <br /> in failure and is upgraded to Title V without full engineer- <br /> ing plans. Mr. McQuaid recommended the owner sign a state- <br /> ment, prion to septic permit sign-off, restricting any in- <br /> crease of habitable space until full engineering plans- are <br /> received and approved by the Board of Health. <br /> Board mehnbers were in agreeance with Mr. McQuaid's rec- <br /> ommendations. <br /> Mr. Grkeelish motioned to grant the 261 variance between <br /> owners well and septic as requested with the stipulation the <br /> property owner sign the statement as recommended this <br /> evening. It is to be noted two abutting ,cells maintain less <br /> than 1501 between well and owners septic, Mr. Doherty sec <br /> onded, all agreed. <br /> Methadone Clinic <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he has received a copy <br /> of an opinion rendered by Town counsel regarding zoning re- <br /> strictions within the proposed clinic location. <br /> Board members acknowledged receiving a copy of the opin- <br /> ion. <br />
