Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the minutes of April 5, <br /> 1990, Mr. Costa seconded. <br /> . Public water supp1 eva 1 u at ion by. D.E t.. -- Ravi <br /> School. Town lull. - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board an emer- <br /> gency repair permit was issued for the well in 1988. B.E.P. <br /> randomly selected this site for their annual public water <br /> system sanitary survey, Mr, McQuaid stated he does inform <br /> D.B.P. , on an annual basis, of all town building water sup- <br /> plies. This emergency repair was in close proximity to an <br /> underground storage tank, the tank was examined by L.G.R. <br /> tank removal . Soil and v. . , samples were taken at which <br /> time it was decided the tank should not be removed, but in- <br /> stead pumped, cleaned and filled with concrete and the well <br /> replaced. Mr. McQuaid stated he would like to consult with <br /> 8. , . personally prior to any actions taken by this Board. <br /> Board members agreed to the consultation, <br /> Mr. Costa informed Mr. McQuaid he would like this Board <br /> notified immediately of any conflicts with D.E.P. <br /> 4 , ) MeM froM So. chore Recycling - Acknowledged <br /> . Response from K@n Bova "Winslow Mei ht " - Mr. McQuaid <br /> stated Mr. Bova did submit an overlay of the subdivision de- <br /> lineating the location of two unearthed u.s.t. 1 o Two or <br /> three additional tanks were unearthed but were not indicated <br /> on plans. Mr. Bova was also requested to provide information <br /> as to whether homes were constructed on the sites, in which <br /> case . *o. testing would be conducted, however this too was <br /> omitted from plans. Mr. McQuaid requested this matter be <br /> continued until further investigation. <br /> Board members were in agreeance to the continuance. <br />
