Doherty <br /> THE 'CAPE IS NOT PART of THE MEETING, IT 1S FOR THE PURPOSE of <br /> TRANSCRIBING MINUTES, <br /> Mr. George R. Costa, Chairman <br /> I. warrants signed <br /> . Mr. Greel.ish Motioned to accept the minutes of April 19, <br /> 1990 , Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the Executive Session <br /> minutes of April 19, 1990 , Mr, Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> - AROINTME ': Gerry Monaghan and Lee Dubin - Recycling Paper <br /> Mr, Monaghan -and Ms, Dubin were in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr, Monaghan requested permission to initiate a recy- <br /> cling program at the schools and town buildings, White paper <br /> will be collected by South Shore Recycling for a one month <br /> trial period. Bins will be provided at no cost. <br /> Discussion took place regarding the class bin at the <br /> `transfer Station. Mr. Monaghan relayed the discarded glass, <br /> currently in the bins, is not recyclable. Signs are needed <br /> to explain what glass can be recycled. <br /> Ms. Dubin questioned the possibility of hiring a full <br /> time employee who would be responsible for the recy li g pro- <br /> gram at the Transfer Station. <br /> Board members did not find this request feasible at the <br /> present time. <br /> Board members agreed to the request to initiate a white <br /> paper recycling program, on a one month trial basis, at the <br /> town schools and town buildings. <br /> M . Dubin informed Board members, in the next few weeks <br /> she will be providing educational information on rec cli: g to <br /> the schools and ether organizations within the town, <br />
