Mr, Mitrokostas stated he has revised the well <br /> location which now maintains a l ' radius from the pavement <br /> and would like to continue construction. Mr. Fate Ellis did <br /> provide a letter stating water hook-up is scheduled for May <br /> 1991 . r. Mitrokostas stated Mr. Dayian did Indic to upon <br /> request he would forward approval in writing, dor ocou <br /> pants in the building, providing coffee or water based drinks <br /> are not served to the public. Proposed number of occupants for the <br /> complex total. 15. <br /> Mr, Costa stated he does not favor the proposal for a <br /> private well to supply the restaurant. <br /> Mr* Greelish commented this Board has set a precedent <br /> with the "Donux Box's and recommended the issuance of a tempo- <br /> rary permit until such time as public water is supplied. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated he does not favor the use of bottled <br /> water. <br /> Mr. Creelish stated he does not see the public health is <br /> compromised and suggested instituting a more comprehensive <br /> plan of monitoring-at the owners expense. <br /> Mr. Costa reiterated his earlier comments stating he is <br /> not comfortable with this type of well servicing a restau- <br /> rant, unless approved by the state. <br /> Mr. McQuaid explained to Mr. Mitrokostas the require- <br /> ments for non--community public well. status. <br /> Mr. Costa recommended continuing this request until well <br /> water analysis is compl t d. <br /> Mr. Greelish recommended intensive water quality <br /> monitoring until public water hook-up and requested Mr, <br /> Mitrokostas to provide this Board with a 12 month water <br /> quality monitoring program and a water sample analysis by <br /> May 24, 1990. <br />
