Greelish and <br /> John T, Doherty <br /> THIS TAPE IS NOT FART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIBING MINUTES* <br /> Mr, George R. Costa, chairman <br /> 1. Warrants signed <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of May 1 , <br /> 1990, Mr, Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> . ) Complaint_ n Stamps ropert .,,-- Ouakgr. Run Road - Mr, <br /> Mrs. Gibbs abutters to the Stamps property, were in atten- <br /> dance. <br /> Mr. Costa presented to Mr. & Mrs. Gibbs a copy of the <br /> most recent correspondence between this Board and Dr. Stamps. <br /> Mr. Gibbs informed the Board he has witnessed an indi- <br /> vidual <br /> ndi-vid al entering the dwelling. Mr. Gibbs stated he did see <br /> the Deputy Fire Chief on the property and police cruisers pa- <br /> trolling the area, however no enforcement officers have en- <br /> tered the dwelling to actually see if it is being occupied. <br /> Mr. Gibbs expressed his concern with the constant prob- <br /> lem of trash and debris being disposed of in the rear of the <br /> lot and the rodents it is attracting. <br /> Mr-. Evans stated he recently spoke with Br. Stamps who <br /> agreed to clean the area. Dr. Stamps stated he did not au- <br /> thorize anyone to occupy the premises. Mr. Evans relayed he <br /> did recommend Dr. Stamps contact the Police Department. <br /> Mr* Evans stated subsequent to Mr. Gibbs telephone call <br /> he inspected the , site and found numerous erro trash bags and de- <br /> bris. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to issue a citation, in the amount <br /> of $300.00, to Dr, Stamps for illegal dumping, the citation <br /> shall be reissued every seven days until all trash and debris <br /> has been removed, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br />
