Colella about the living <br /> quarters in the garage.. <br /> Mr. S. Colella responded he utilizes the garage for <br /> storage, and commented he did instal 1 -a sink.. <br /> Mr. Greelish informed Mr, Colella that any increase in <br /> habitable space requires an upgrade to Title V requirements. <br /> Mr. P. Colella stated Mr. B. olella's interests are not <br /> with the garage but rather- completing the house, <br />
