Mr. <br /> . <br /> Greelish stated that even for a homeowner it is up to the <br /> discretion of the agents whether engineered repair flans are <br /> required depending on the individual circumstances. All Board <br /> members agreed to adopt the policy. Mr. Costa motioned to <br /> deny emergency repair permits for southcape Resort without <br /> engineered plans, Mr. Greelish seconded, Pyr.
