Mr, Costa motioned to accept the minutes of September <br /> 1 , 1990, Mr, Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3. ) Two policy memos from Exec, , Secretary - Acknowledged <br /> 4, ) Copy of Oct. 1 , 1990 warrant - Mr, Greelish summarized <br /> the meeting held with D.E.P. and informed Board members he <br /> was unable to obtain an approximation of costs to complete <br /> the facilities planning. D.E.P. indicated they would have <br /> comment in thirty days. Their interim comments were they <br /> will probably require a . hydro. geo. . tudy of the site and a <br /> revision of the criteria for site selection. They also indi- <br /> cated the article should be amended t $200,000 .00 to <br /> .$3, 001000,0.0, <br /> k Supplement to James ,Circle affordable housing project <br /> Mr. McQuaid recommended forwarding a letter to Mr. DeMartin <br /> informing him of the newly adopted regulation regarding pub- <br /> lis water ' hook-up and commented town water - lines will be <br /> within one block of the project. This Board has previously <br /> voiced its concern with potential future groundwater con- <br /> tamination in that area. ' - W <br /> Board members' agreed with s it.
