Mr. Pierce agreed to relocate his existing. well on the <br /> abutting property to the left and create enough of a distance ' <br /> to allow the proposed septic system to be placed towards the <br /> road and 'the well up along the left sideline, which maintains <br /> a loot separation. Due to the ground water flow this would <br /> be beneficial to all concerned,* <br /> Mr. Ca aroto agreed with the revisions as presented. <br /> Mr, costa motioned to grant the local variances from <br /> owners well to septic and abutting wells to owners septic as <br /> requested with the stipulation' revised plans meet final ap- <br /> proval by Health Agents, Mr* Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 12, Revised plans, G.' East Wilsons Groye - Mr. McQuaid <br /> informed the Board Mr. East has submitted revised plans which <br /> indicate fill will be brought in thru abutting lots, Title v <br /> and local variances are still required. <br /> Mr'. costa commented Mr.. East was informed of this Boards <br /> requirements.. Plans submitted are unacceptable. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 1 . Revised l an W. Zuroski , 61 Cayuga Avenue - Mr., <br /> McQuaid informed the Board the system was lowered, break-out <br /> calculations are not longer warranted. The abutter did agree <br /> to permit fill to- be. brought in.. Mr.,, McQuaid stated' he did <br /> inspect ' the lot which appears to be a kettle hole. The <br /> weltands issue has not be resorted. The engineering is such <br /> that a septic system could be - installed according to Title v, <br /> however local variances will be required.. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to continue this variance request <br /> pending wetlands verification by the Conservation Agent, Mr. <br /> Costa seconded, all agreed.. <br /> 14.. Items for discussion <br /> Jane - Labute Stkr sales: Board members agreed to meet <br /> with Ms, Labute to discuss sticker sales and operations. <br /> Illegal dump site clean-up volunteer: Mr. Evans in- <br /> formed the Board ars individual has volunteered his services. <br /> to pick-up illegally du'm ed debris. <br /> Mr, Doherty questioned the liability aspect. <br /> r <br /> 1 <br />
