Subsequently Ms. Antunes received notice <br /> from the Assessors office that her abatement request was de- <br /> nied. We received a copy of the letter I forwarded which <br /> contains a note stating 'could get a variance's . It is my de- <br /> termination that the Assessors office does not have the au- <br /> thority to determine the buildability status of a lot. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated it is the determination of this <br /> Hoard that the current state of the lot renders it <br /> unbuildable and directed Mr. McQuaid to inform the Assessors <br /> office as such. <br /> 9 .
