Board members discussed their concern with the number of bedrooms that are proposed for the cottages as the Board had previously approved variance requests providing the number of existing bedrooms did not change. i i Mr, Zeppenfeld stated, all the cottages are 4 bedroom dwellings. Mr. McQuaid stated, he was under the impression that if the systems were lowered, based on the reprised ground water adjustment, thea break-out walls would not be necessary. Mr, Zeppenfeld responded., that would be possible only on the last cottage. IlaMr. McQuaid commented.. if the entire footprint is changed that would be creating a new lot. Mr, Evans commented, after viewing the lots, in his opinion, potential buyers will want something different: . Mr. Zeppenfeld responded, a deed restriction was placed so that the loading would;not increase. The -conservation Comnission did express their concern with Deans Pond, We had consultant cone in to assure then the hydraulic gradient is from Deans Pond to the sound. _ Mr. Greelish commented, he would like both Health Agents to review the project. Mr, Greelish motioned to grant the variances as re- quested in the letter submitted by New Sbury dated October lit 1990 , (map 123 , plot 164 , lots 1366-1376) , for the project known as "New seabury Cottages' with the stipulation final plans meet Health Agents approval, Mr. Doherty sec- onded.
