MINUTES October 11 , 1990 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> source area. In order to keep the road away from the re- <br /> source area three of the cottages will be mored forward. As <br /> result of moving the cottages forward the septic systems <br /> must also be mored forward, All the lots have reprised foot. <br /> prints. Two systems were redesigned with breakout walls. <br /> Lots 76 & 65 require no charge however lots between these re- <br /> quire <br /> - <br /> i e new variances. <br /> Mr. zeppenfeld presented a letter to the Beard contain- <br /> ing new variances required. <br /> Board members discussed their concern with the number of <br /> bedrooms that are proposed for the cottages as the Board had <br /> previously approved variance requests providing the number of <br /> existing bedrooms did not change. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Mr, Zeppenfeld stated, all the cottages are 4 bedroom <br /> dwellings. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, he was under the impression that if <br /> the systems were lowered, based on the reprised ground water <br /> adjustment, thea break-out walls would not be necessary. <br /> Mr, Zeppenfeld responded., that would be possible only on <br /> the last cottage. <br /> IlaMr. McQuaid commented.. if the entire footprint is <br /> changed that would be creating a new lot. <br /> Mr, Evans commented, after viewing the lots, in his <br /> opinion, potential buyers will want something different: . <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld responded, a deed restriction was placed <br /> so that the loading would;not increase. The -conservation <br /> Comnission did express their concern with Deans Pond, We had <br /> consultant cone in to assure then the hydraulic gradient is <br /> from Deans Pond to the sound. _ <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, he would like both Health Agents <br /> to review the project. <br /> Mr, Greelish motioned to grant the variances as re- <br /> quested in the letter submitted by New Sbury dated October <br /> lit 1990 , (map 123 , plot 164 , lots 1366-1376) , for the <br /> project known as "New seabury Cottages' with the stipulation <br /> final plans meet Health Agents approval, Mr. Doherty sec- <br /> onded. <br />
