Doherty and <br /> George R. Costa <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART GE THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE GE <br /> TRANSCRIBING ONLY <br /> . Stephen J. Greelish, Chairman <br /> I . Warrants signed <br /> , Mr, Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of October 4 , <br /> 1990, Mr, Costa seconded,, all -agreed. <br /> { <br /> Mr.' Costa roti-oned to accept the minutes of October 11 , <br /> 1990, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Jerry Monaghan <br /> { <br /> Mr. Monaghan questioned the Board on the current status <br /> of the recycling program. <br /> Mr. Greelish suggested Mr, Monaghan contact him over the <br /> weekend to discuss recent updates on recycling. <br /> . Copies of letters from Water Dist. re: Aff. Housin - <br /> Mr. Greelish relayed representatives of the project attended <br /> the most recent Z.B.A. hearing. It appears they will request <br /> the Selectmen, under a petition process, to endorse the low <br /> income housing plan. The total approval process will be in <br /> the hands of the town and will be bank financed. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed in speaking with George Howland he <br /> strongly recommended this Board enforce public water hook-up, <br /> Wells could he installed on a temporary basis, providing <br /> v.o,c, and standard water tests prove potable. A deed re- <br /> striction would be placed on the lot requiring public water <br /> hoof --up once available. <br /> 4 . ) Convof latest ,landilltranser station inspection <br /> Mr, Greelish requested Mr. McQuaid to inform himwhen Weston <br /> Sampson conduct their next inspection. <br />
