Y <br /> Mr, McQuaid informed the Board Mr, Silva is requesting a <br /> commercial sticker to dispose of items homeowners are unable <br /> to bringto the landfill, Mr. Silva intentions are to expand <br /> his business in the future to include removal of household <br /> trash. It was explained to Mr, Silva that household trash <br /> would require a commercial haulers license. <br /> Mr, Silva explained his methods of disposal in other <br /> towns. <br /> Mr, Greelish informed Mr, Silva of the requirements for <br /> commercial haulers and commercial landfill disposal. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to grant a commercial landfill dis- <br /> posal sticker to Mr. Andy Silva contingent upon compliance <br /> with all rules and regulations governing commercial use of <br /> the Town of Mashpee Landfill/Transfer Station, the 190 com- <br /> mercial sticker fee shall be prorated, Mr. Doherty seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br />
