MINUTES November 2 ,. 1990 2 BOARD of HALT <br /> Mr. Greelish stated the time frame in which this Board <br /> agreed to await homeowners response has expired. Mr. <br /> reelish motioned to enforce the public water supply regula- <br /> tion to the complex }mown as "Sum erwood" , if their is inter- <br /> est prion to a time frame unposed for completion this Board <br /> will hold a special hearing on the matter with the residents <br /> of Summerwood, Mr, Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr, Greelish directed M . McQuaid to schedule a public <br /> hearing in two weeks for all residents in Summerwood. <br /> Mr. Costa recommended requesting residents of Cotuit <br /> Corners attend the public hearing. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: New SeaburFy Corp. - Bluff cottages/Mews IV <br /> Dumber 7 on the agenda is incorporated into this matter. <br /> Mr. Michael Grotsle and Mr. Christopher Burden were in <br /> at- <br /> tendance. <br /> Mr, Greelish questioned Mr. Burden as to whether he is <br /> aware this Board and the Selectmen requested the Commission <br /> to again review the process and whether there is additional <br /> information New Seabury is aware of that prompted then t <br /> file an appeal . <br /> Mr. Burden responded they ..w re prompted to file because <br /> it was felt their vote for jurisdiction did not have any le-- <br /> gal basis. The only alternative was to file an appeal based <br /> n thein decision. <br /> Mr,. GrFeel i sh questioned Mr'. Burden whether` they were of <br /> the opinion thisYB ards authoritative powers had been ex- <br /> hausted. <br /> It <br /> { <br /> Mr. Burden responded in order to preserve the opportu- <br /> nity to appeal we were required to appeal within the <br /> statutory period. If an alternative is available it would be <br /> considered. <br /> Mr. Costa stated, Yee did request T ston Sampson attend <br /> the meeting with the CoMmission to discuss. the rale of the <br /> town in reviewing projects, power the Commission relayed <br /> y could not discuss the ratter as it is in litigation. <br /> Mr. Burden c . ented the Commission should be able to <br /> discuss the issue �p� it is the only means for a 0olution. <br />
