Mr. costa ,stated he is requesting variances <br /> from the well to septic, d i.st nce from -reserve and primary-to the-'edge of .the <br /> hi, h water mark and -a-varian-ce is r,equired .for installation within 10 feet of <br /> the property lino. Mr. costa commented he has adjusted breakout calculations <br /> as requested by this Board <br /> a <br /> Mr. Evans recommended the reserve and primary be installed - at the same <br /> time. <br /> - i <br /> 1r. Greelish stated there are no abutters in attendance and motioned to <br /> grant the variances as requested with the stipulation the, reserve 'and primary <br /> are i n sta 1'1 ed at the same .time-, Mr. Wilson seconded, all agreed. <br /> Ir. costa requested a letter -be forwarded to hire stating the variances <br /> ranted and the Board' s requirement of installation of the primary and re- <br /> serve area at.the sane time. <br /> M <br /> The Board was in' agreeance. <br /> 1 . j septic repair pian, Labute, #56 Lakeside Trailer Park - Nor. McQuaid <br /> stated, b s d on the pumping record the system does appear to be in <br /> failure. Mr. McQuaid stated he will accept Mr. Labute' s repair plan <br /> as presented however suggested verification of soil conditions are <br /> adeq-u ate at the t i e of installation. <br /> The Board forwarded their signature to the' certification fora which allows <br /> for r'epa i rs of the sept i c system I orated on Let 56 Lakes i de Tra-i I er Park. <br /> Nor. Greelish motioned to allow septic repairs to the system located on <br /> lot 56 Lakeside Trailer Park, Mr. Wilson seconded, all agreed. <br /> 17. ) Variance request we-11 to septic and pumpchamber) Arrow for lot 2 Crow <br /> Road Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that no .additions are proposed <br /> for this lot and commented the owner plans are to 'hook the existing <br /> cabin and existing dwelling into a tank and pump chamber. Mr. McQuaid <br /> explained the pump chamber will be utilized for the purpose of locating <br /> the leaching facility upgrade from the dwelling and commented variances <br />
