Letter from council on Aging to Boarre: Health Services requested - <br /> Mr* McQuaid info'rmed the Board he has contacted the V.N.A. and Center <br /> for Individual and Family Services and has scheduled meetings with both <br /> agencies , Wednesday,, June 14, 1989 @ 7:00 and Wednesday, June 21 , 1989 <br /> @ 7:00 p.m. for the V. .A. . <br /> The Beard was in agreeance. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated he will inform Mr. Connell of the scheduled meetings. <br /> 13, ) Copy of memo to Mr. Virgilio re: Temporary passes -- Mr. McQuaid i n- <br /> f ormed the Board he attended a meet i ng today at A i ch t ime d i scuss i on took <br /> place regarding which department will control the- permit office. Mr. <br /> McQuaid stated it was' suggested that theSelectmen' s office should oper- <br /> ate the permit office with lis. Jacobson as the 1 i a i son -person aind commented <br /> it was -also discussed and agreed that Marlene manage the off ice, and super- <br /> vise Bob with a small pay increase. Mr. McQuaid stated any problems that <br /> the issuing agents confront, such as complaints from a resident, etc. <br /> should be addressed through a formal written complaint, which would be <br /> turned into the issuing agent and forwarded t- the Selectmen or Board of <br /> F <br /> Health. <br /> Mr. Greelish suggested the issuing agents use their discretion priori to <br /> forward i-ng complaints. <br /> Mr.. c ua i d informed the Board it was decided today that temporary 1andfilll passes will be issued from the sticker office, once issued the, will <br /> be turned into the gatekeeper who will attach it to the weekly traffic <br /> log.
