Costa, Chairman <br /> . ) Warrants signed <br /> 2. ) Gree l i sh motioned to accept the minutes of June i , 1989, Mr. Costa <br /> seconded. <br /> . Letter from Weston & Sampson to Chairman re: outstanding invoices - Mr. <br /> Greelish motioned to forward payment to Weston & Sampson for Engineering <br /> Supervision services in the amount of $2.,461 .27 and Bi-monthly Ihspections <br /> in the amount of $1 ,200.00, Mr. Costa seconded. <br /> . Discussion of Winslow Heights perk extension conditions - fir. McQuaid <br /> questioned the Board as to whether a well log completion report, which <br /> would state static water level , would surfi e in approving the plans. <br /> Mr. Gree l i s h commented, the well water completion report could be com- <br /> pleted erroneously. <br /> Mr. Costas stated he is in a reeance with Mr. Gree l i sh' s comments and would <br /> prefer a health agent determine ne -ter level . <br /> Nor. McQuaid informed the Board the well driller performing work for this <br /> subdivision is very reputable and commented the septic permit would net <br /> be issued until such time ars the well driller submitted the well water <br /> completion report. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated there is no guarantee that the well driller will <br /> perform all the work. r. Greel ish reiterated his earlier comments <br /> statin h would rxef e r� aphysical dropping by a health Ont. <br /> . Memo from Conservation Commission re: Results of informal meetingMr. <br /> - <br /> McQuaid stated the Conservation Commission is requesting this Board to <br /> adopt a policy stating the wetlands should be flagged. numbered and those <br /> numbered flags,, shown on plans, would facilitate the ConservationComm- <br /> issions officers task in verifying the wetlands delineation. <br /> The Board was in agreeance. <br /> i <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented the Conservation- Commission is also requesting the <br /> Board inciude in its policy that when a perk test is performed within <br /> loo feet of the wetlands teh pork area be burmed with staked hay bales. <br /> Mr. GreeIish started, it .will. be at the health agents discretion to deter- <br /> mine if staked hay bales are needed for explicit wetlands delineation- <br /> . <br />
