I. <br /> 41® Mr. Doherty indicated his displeasure with the fact that things were roving <br /> slowly. Mr. Greelish indicated he would like to attend some of the meetings. <br /> It was stated that Mr, Grassetti should not have to be chased around. <br /> 11 . EMERGENCY REPAIR, DEBARROS FOR PAUL GEARY, 100 PIIECREST AVE. <br /> M . McQuaid stated that the pumping record itself indicates a failed system. <br /> He also stated that the agent does the final inspection on these repair gobs and <br /> the distances are verified at that time, Mr. Creel ish motioned to grant the <br /> variance and allow the repair job. Mr. Doherty seconded. All in favor. <br /> 12. REVISED SUBDIVISION PLAN, CAPE & ISLANDS FOR COPERPEDERs (OFF OLD BAR !- <br /> STABLE -ROAD) . Mr. M quail stated that this had previously been submitted and <br /> that we had requested that they relocate the wells and septics. We want the septics <br /> in the front and the wells in the rear to better access the septics for maintenance. <br /> We also wanted to make sure that the center lot, owned by others, not be rendered <br /> unbuildable due to well/septic locations. Mr. McQuaid and Mr. Greelish indicated <br /> they were satisfied with the revised plan. Mr. McQuaid stated he would forward <br /> comments to the Planning Board. <br /> 13. MORATORIUM WAIVER RE VEST, 19 PAPN MET ROAD. <br /> Plans previously approved pending EPA 624 results.Mr. McQuaid stated that he <br /> verified with the Assessor's office that this is unregistered land and therefore <br /> the waiver has to be recorded in the non- land court. If the home is subsequently <br /> rented Out an annual EPA test shall be performed and the tennant given a copy of <br /> the results. Also a second statement shall be signed by the owner indicating <br /> 410 <br /> once public water becomes available, he will tie into it. The waiver was <br /> proved and signed by all Board members. <br /> 14. SIGN OFF ON MORATORIUM WAILER (PREVIOUSLY APPROVED) . <br /> -Board signed the waiver. <br /> 15, PERO EXTENSION REQUEST, SCHECHTE , 134 WHIPPOORWILL CIRCLE* <br /> Mr. McQuaid indicated the lot had previously been perced in 1986 and reperced <br /> in 1988.- He further commented that GWE is at 4 feet which concerns h i m and the <br /> individual requesting this extension is a different owner and most likely would <br /> submit a different set of plans with the proposed septic in a different- location, <br /> therefore a new perc at that location is recommended. Mr. Greelish motioned to <br /> deny extension, Mr. Doherty seconded. All in favor. Applicant to be told reason <br /> for denial . <br /> 17. DISCUSSION OF OTIS TRANSFER STATION BILLING PROCEDURE. <br /> Mr. McQuaid explained when and what we would be receiving from Otis and the <br /> proposed billing procedure as developped by Virginia Valiela.. Mr. Greelish stated <br /> that the computer program to handle this was almost complete. He stated that we <br /> would also be receiving one bill monthly from Semass, on a calendar month, payable <br /> net 30 days. Non-acceptables reaching Semass will either befreturned to Otis o <br /> handled at Semass and the cost of disposal charged back +to Otis and eventually <br /> charged back to the towns on of tonnage shipped basis* <br /> Packers and our contractor will reeeive .a ticke.t from Otis each time they <br /> bring a load. Weekly summaries will be sent to the--,towns along with two copies of <br /> e drop-off tickets, one for the towns file and one for the paler#s bill . Based <br /> this a 7o load will be charged to the torn by Bay Colony at . /tori. <br /> Je <br /> Mr-McQuaid indicated that for now we will have to manually add up the tonnage <br /> to be charged to each company as the scale computer at Otis is not programmed to <br /> do this yet.
