Memo from Executive Secretary r : Proposed B.O.H. article - Mr. Greelish <br /> requested Mr. McQ-uaid to research the intended schedules for upcoming <br /> Special Town Meetings. <br /> . ) Alan Industries request to install washing machine Mr. McQuaid ex- <br /> plained <br /> x- <br /> plained that in speaking ng with Mr. Mender—son he relayed that verbal <br /> approval was received from D.E. .E. . Mr. McQuaid stated he was unable <br /> to contact Bret Rowe at D.E. .E. to verify this approval and commented <br /> a condition in the special Pemrit issued by the Board of Appeals was <br /> for no laundering to take place on the site. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to deny the request, Mr. Doherty seconded, all <br /> agreed. + <br /> . Personnel Board reorganization - The Board acknowledged receiving the <br /> memo. <br /> r <br /> 7. Zoning Board of Appeals agenda for July 12, 1989 - F. . I. - The Board <br /> acknowledged receiving the agenda. <br /> 8. Letter from D.E. .E. re: Leaf composting grant application - The Board <br /> ac know edged receiving the letter. <br /> 9. ) Memo from Transfer Station Bldg. err . re: Pre-opening meetings - Mr. <br /> McQuaid stated approval from D.E. .E. for use and occupancy will be re- <br /> quired by July 6, 1989. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, prior to opening of the Transfer Station he would <br /> lire a. meeting scheduled with Mr. DeMaggio, Weston & Sampson, Mr. Virgilio <br /> and this Board to discuss the nuances of operation. <br />
