Letter to Candida Bowes re:- unapprorec source for Board signature �- <br /> r, Evans informed the Board Ms. Bowe coin 1 d not secure a permit from <br /> this office, as a' business in the home in a residential area is not <br /> allowect according to [ ashpee Zoning regulations. - Mr. Evans stated, <br /> during routine inspections Ms. Bowes candies were found on the shelves <br /> f a local store. <br /> Mr. Costa requested her. Evans to issue..a "Cease and Desist' order and <br /> include i n that order that Ms. Bowe must secure a special permit from <br /> -the Board of Appeals prion to the re-issuahce of a food per m' i t. <br /> 1-9. ) -Position opening for senior Clerk typist in accounting dept. - F. . l . <br /> The Board acknowledged receiving the position 'opening announcement, <br /> 20. Proposal from Sandwich stump dump on recycling and nonacceptable iters <br /> at SEss - Ir. McQuaid requested the Board to review this information <br /> for discussion at the net regularly scheduled meeting, <br /> 21 . ) Moratorium waiver request, Orlando - 108 P i neer. st - Mr. McQuaid in- <br /> formed <br /> n- <br /> fo d the Board the owner will be required to file the waiver in land <br /> Court. Mr. McQuaid commented lot 108 includes parcel 109, the two lots <br /> have been combined, the assesso-r's books indicate the two lots as one <br /> and although they have not requested a waiver from the moratorium on <br /> lot 109, perCs have been performed and plans submitted for approval <br /> on both 'lots and exp.1.a i reed that the lots were filed under the sane name. <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, --on'-.-plans submitted the -engineer has delineated <br /> lot lines , if this is one lot than the plans are not legal:ly subdivided. <br /> Mr. Gree 1 i sh motioned to continue this request until more information <br /> is provided. <br /> 22. ) satisfaction of B.O.H. Coadi ioris, 268 & 269 Ila l l ey, Road - Mr. e u -i.d <br /> explained to the Board the reason for this request by the owners attorney <br /> is for bank mortgage' purposes. Mr. McQuaid provided a..Copy of .the sub- <br /> division Covenant to the Board which states only one dwelling and assess--".. <br /> ory building shall be erected on each of the designated double lots. Mr. Creel ish motioned <br /> to deny the reouest for the NBoard' s 'signature to *the satisfaction of <br /> Conditions submitted-i by the -law firm,*of Holland & Delaney,, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> Nor. McQuaid commented for the record Ol.ans were submitted by the engi- <br /> neering <br /> ngi- <br /> neering firm of Cape & Islands surveying Co. <br /> Mr. Costa stated he would lie a representative from Cape & Islands <br /> to e plain..to- this Board why this information was falsely submitted. <br />
