Mr. McQuaid commented lot 108 includes parcel 109, the two lots have been combined, the assesso-r's books indicate the two lots as one and although they have not requested a waiver from the moratorium on lot 109, perCs have been performed and plans submitted for approval on both 'lots and exp.1.a i reed that the lots were filed under the sane name. Mr. Greelish commented, --on'-.-plans submitted the -engineer has delineated lot lines , if this is one lot than the plans are not legal:ly subdivided.
